1. Acceptance of Terms & Apple Acknowledgment

By downloading, accessing, or using the Sentinel-Radar application ("The Service"), operated by Beget Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Apple (iOS) Terms: You and Beget Ltd. acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and Beget Ltd. only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Beget Ltd., not Apple, is solely responsible for the Service and its content. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Service. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.

Google Play (Android) Terms: You and Beget Ltd. acknowledge that these Terms are concluded between you and Beget Ltd. only, and not with Google LLC ("Google"). Beget Ltd., not Google, is solely responsible for the Service and its content. Google has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Service.

2. Nature of the Service: Informational Only

2.1 No Official Warnings: The Service aggregates publicly available data (e.g., USGS, NOAA, Airlabs, AirNav RadarBox, VesselFinder, GNews.io, NewsAPI.org, Open-Meteo, GDACS, NASA, TwelveData, FRED, SafeCast) using third-party APIs and Artificial Intelligence analysis. This data is for educational and informational purposes only. It does NOT constitute official government warnings, emergency directives, or authorized navigation advice.

2.2 AI Limitations: You acknowledge that summaries generated by Large Language Models (AI) may occasionally be incomplete, hallucinated, or technically incorrect. Beget Ltd. does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of AI-generated content.

3. Safety & Liability Disclaimers

3.1 "The Vault" (Survival Guide): Information provided in the "Vault" section regarding first aid, survival, nuclear protocols, or tactical preparation is theoretical and aggregated from public sources. Beget Ltd. is not a medical or tactical authority. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are not liable for any injury, death, or damage resulting from the application of this information. Always prioritize official instructions from local emergency services (911/112).

3.2 Financial Data: Market data, insider trading ratios, and economic indicators are for observation only. THIS IS NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE. You assume full responsibility for any investment decisions made based on this data.

4. Asset Tracking & Anti-Stalking Policy

4.1 Public Data Source: Aircraft tracking data is sourced from Airlabs (ground-based ADS-B) and AirNav RadarBox (satellite-based ADS-B for oceanic coverage), both of which aggregate publicly broadcast transponder signals compliant with international regulations. Vessel tracking is similarly derived from publicly broadcast AIS signals via VesselFinder.

4.2 Prohibited Use: You expressly agree NOT to use this Service to:

Physically stalk, harass, or threaten any individual.
Plan unlawful acts against any person or property.
Violate the privacy expectations of any individual.

4.3 No Liability: Beget Ltd. provides this data "as is" and is not liable for the misuse of this information by end-users.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Sentinel-Radar offers "Full" access via auto-renewing subscriptions.

Pricing: $19.99/month or $119.99/year (50% OFF).
Payment: Charged to your Apple ID / Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Account Settings. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms (especially Section 4.2).

7. Changes to Terms

Beget Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEGET LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: DECISIONS MADE BASED ON WEATHER DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR PERSONAL INJURY.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beget Ltd. from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of and access to the Service, or your violation of any term of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Bulgaria.
